Build your settlement from scratch in a Wild West-inspired team building program.

In the prairies of the Wild West, your community has been destroyed by war, and your only chance of survival is to rebuild your civilization from scratch. Be careful, you're not the only ones aiming for this! Other tribes will try to conquer your territories, and the competition will be fierce. If you collaborate intelligently and efficiently, you might become the winning tribe.

How the "New World" team building activity unfolds:

  • Starting from scratch

Teams will be divided into tribes, each having the same building materials and limited resources. Their goal? To construct an authentic miniature Native American village, including traditional tents, a horse corral, a council area, and other essential elements.

To obtain all the necessary materials, tribes will need to compete in challenges and trials that include:

  • Traditional Native American Sports

  • Hunting and Fishing

  • Puzzles and Quizzes

Through these activities, tribes will earn gold nuggets, amulets, and advantage points essential for their progress.

  • Negotiations and strategy

Once teams gather enough resources, an intense round of negotiations with the visiting trader will begin. It will be time for each tribe to exchange their gold nuggets for the materials needed to complete their construction.

  • End of the competition

After each tribe finishes building their village, they will present their achievements to the other teams. All constructions will be voted on by the rest of the participants. The final score will be determined by previous competition performances as well as the popular vote.
